Feeds 120 min

Ingredients

  • Dried pasta
  • Cream cheese
  • Cheddar
  • Broccoli
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Take the bowl you want to eat your pasta in and measure the portion you feel like eating today. The pasta will swell, take a little bit out to acount for this (or not)
  2. Bring water to a boil, add a large pinch of salt
  3. Cut pieces off your broccoli. Try to keep their diameter between 1-2 cm.
  4. Add the pasta to the boiling the water. Boil for the amount of minutes stated on the package
  5. In the last 5 minutes, add the broccoli to the boiling pasta. Give it a stir to ensure the broccoli is emerged into the water
  6. Spoon the pasta and the brocolli into your bowl, doing this will transfer some of the pasta water along with the food.
  7. Stir in about 3 table spoons of cream cheese
  8. Cut little chunks of cheddar and stir into your pasta bowl

Enjoy!

Tips

  • Any type of pasta will work. I like to use whole wheat spirelli pasta
  • Any cream cheese will work, I like garlic and herb flavour
  • Any hard cheese will work, even sliced cheese.
