Ingredients
- Dried pasta

- Cut pieces off your broccoli. Try to keep their diameter between 1-2 cm.
- Add the pasta to the boiling the water. Boil for the amount of minutes stated on the package
- In the last 5 minutes, add the broccoli to the boiling pasta. Give it a stir to ensure the broccoli is emerged into the water
- Spoon the pasta and the brocolli into your bowl, doing this will transfer some of the pasta water along with the food.
- Stir in about 3 table spoons of cream cheese
- Cut little chunks of cheddar and stir into your pasta bowl
Enjoy!
Tips
- Any type of pasta will work. I like to use whole wheat spirelli pasta
- Any cream cheese will work, I like garlic and herb flavour
- Any hard cheese will work, even sliced cheese.
